Cookie Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
GuroMake uses a small number of cookies, all of them our own and all of them needed for the site to work. We do not use advertising, analytics or other tracking cookies, and no other company places cookies through GuroMake. Because of that, there is no cookie banner and nothing to opt in to.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small piece of text a website asks your browser to keep and send back on later visits. It is how a site remembers that you are signed in.
2. The cookies we set
| Name | What it is for | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| guromake-session | Keeps you signed in as you move from page to page. | Until about 2 hours after your last activity, or until you sign out. |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms, so that another site cannot submit them in your name. | The same as the sign-in cookie. |
| remember_web_… | Set only if you tick "Keep me signed in on this device". Signs you back in after the sign-in cookie has ended. | Up to 400 days, or until you sign out. |
3. Other storage in your browser
The lesson plan editor keeps one entry in your browser's local storage, _x_lesson-information-open, to remember whether you left the lesson information panel open or closed. It holds only "true" or "false", stays on your device, and is never sent to us.
4. Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser's settings. If you block the cookies above, you will not be able to sign in to GuroMake.
5. Changes
If we start using a new cookie, we will list it here before we do and update the date at the top. If one ever needs your consent, we will ask for it first.
