Terms and Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and [Operator / business name] ("we", "us"), which runs GuroMake. By creating an account or using GuroMake you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What GuroMake is

GuroMake is a planning tool for teachers. You bring in or write a Budget of Work, and from it you write, share and export daily lesson plans, with optional help from an AI drafting assistant.

GuroMake is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or otherwise officially connected with the Department of Education (DepEd). You are responsible for making sure that what you submit to your school meets your school's and DepEd's requirements.

2. Your account

  • You must be an adult and give a real name and a working email address.

  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done through your account.

  • One account is for one person. Do not share an account or resell access to it.

  • Tell us at [contact email] if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Subscription and payment

Creating an account is free. Using the planner needs an active subscription, and the AI assistant uses credits. Prices, how to pay, when credits expire, and when a refund is given are set out in the Payment and Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

When a subscription ends, your lesson plans and Budgets of Work are kept, and you can use them again once you renew.

4. Your content

The lesson plans, Budgets of Work and other material you put into GuroMake remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the service to you, including sending the relevant parts to our AI provider when you ask for an AI draft.

You are responsible for your content. Only upload or type material you have the right to use, and do not include personal information about learners that the service does not need.

5. AI-assisted drafts

The AI assistant produces drafts from what you give it. Drafts can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your class. You must read, correct and approve every draft before you use or submit it. We do not guarantee that a draft is accurate or that it matches any curriculum guide.

6. Sharing

You can share a lesson plan with another account or through a link. Anyone who has a share link can read that plan, including your name and the name of the person you entered as checking it, until you turn the link off. Share links only with people you intend to see the plan.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or anyone's rights while using GuroMake;

  • upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or that you have no right to use;

  • try to get into accounts, data or systems that are not yours;

  • disrupt the service, or use automated tools to copy it or overload it;

  • submit a false payment reference or receipt.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

8. Changes and availability

We work to keep GuroMake available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we make a change to these terms that matters, we will update this page and the date at the top; continuing to use GuroMake after that means you accept the change.

Please keep your own copies of important work. You can export a lesson plan as a document, and download a backup of your plans from Settings.

9. Closing your account

You may stop using GuroMake at any time. To have your account and its content deleted, write to us at [contact email].

10. Liability

GuroMake is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data or lost work, or for decisions made using content from the service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law does not allow to be removed.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are to be brought before the proper courts of [city or province], Philippines.
