Payment and Refund Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
This policy explains how you pay for GuroMake, what you get for it, and when we give money back. It is part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. What you pay for
A subscription gives you use of the planner for a period, with a number of AI credits for that period.
A credit pack adds extra AI credits to your account.
Current prices are shown on the Billing page, in Philippine pesos. The price shown when you start a purchase is the price of that purchase, even if prices change afterwards.
2. How to pay
Choose a plan or a credit pack on the Billing page.
Send the exact amount to the GCash or Maya account shown, using the QR code or the account number.
Tell us you have paid by typing the reference number from your receipt, or by attaching the receipt.
An administrator checks that the payment arrived, usually within [number] working day(s), and then your subscription or credits are added.
Payment is made in your own e-wallet app. We never see or store your e-wallet password, PIN or card details. A reference number or receipt alone does not add credits; the payment must be found in our account.
If we cannot find or match your payment, we mark it as not confirmed and tell you why. You can send it again with the correct details. You can cancel a purchase at any time before you report it as paid.
3. Renewal
There is no automatic renewal and we never charge you by ourselves. You renew by paying for the next period. If you renew before your period ends, the new period starts when the current one ends. If you renew after it has ended, the new period starts when your payment is confirmed. You can pay for one period ahead at most.
If you do not renew, your subscription simply ends. Your lesson plans and Budgets of Work are kept and are available again when you renew.
4. Credits
Credits that come with a subscription are used first. Unused ones expire at the end of the period and do not carry over.
Credits from a credit pack do not expire.
If an AI request fails, the credits held for it are returned to you automatically. If the result of a request is uncertain, an administrator reviews it and returns the credits where no draft was delivered.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.
5. Refunds
We refund in full when:
you paid twice for the same purchase;
you sent more than the amount due, in which case we refund the difference;
you paid but we could not activate your subscription or add your credits.
Otherwise, a payment is not refundable once the subscription period has started or any of the purchased credits have been used. We do not give partial refunds for the unused part of a period or for unused credits.
Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law.
6. How to ask for a refund
Write to [contact email] within 7 days of paying, from the email address of your account, with the reference number, the amount, and the reason. We answer within [number] working days. An approved refund is sent to the GCash or Maya account the payment came from; transfer fees charged by the e-wallet are not refunded unless the mistake was ours.
